Acceptance of the Terms
By downloading, installing or using Vilipi you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity on your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use.
Your content
You own the notes, attachments and any other content you create in Vilipi. You grant us the limited technical permission required to store, sync, back up and display your content across your own devices — nothing more.
Acceptable use
Please don't use Vilipi to break the law, infringe someone's rights, distribute malware, or upload content that is unlawful, hateful, or that sexually exploits minors. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Subscriptions & purchases
Vilipi is free to use. Optional paid subscriptions (Vilipi+) are billed through Apple, Google or another authorised store, per the store's terms. You can cancel any time from your store's subscription settings; refunds are handled by the store.
Termination
You may stop using Vilipi and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access to Vilipi if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service (in which case we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your notes).
Disclaimer
Vilipi is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep your notes safe and the app running, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure service.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vilipi and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the app.
Intellectual property
The Vilipi name, logo, app design and software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify or redistribute them without our written permission.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vilipi is registered, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, notify you inside the app. Continued use of Vilipi after the change means you accept the new Terms.
